6. DATA PROTECTION METHODS
I use the following data protection measures:
- Encryption - the website is secured with an SSL certificate
- Secure mailbox - data from forms goes to a secured mailbox, protected with password and 2FA
- Automatic data deletion - data is deleted according to the retention table
- Regular backups - performed by the hosting company
- Hosting in the EU - data stored on servers in the European Union
7. HOSTING
The website is hosted by dhosting.
For technical purposes and service security, the hosting company records the following server logs:
- User's IP address
- Date and time of request
- URL of requested resource
- HTTP response code
- Browser and operating system information
- Referring page address (referer)
- Diagnostic information related to website operation
Log data is stored for a period of 30 days, after which it is automatically deleted.
8. CONTACT FORMS
Data provided in the contact form is processed for the purpose of:

Providing data is voluntary but necessary to handle the inquiry. Form data is sent to the administrator's email address and stored according to the retention table (point 3).
